1. Venture Mission joins a long list of others who have sought to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to do good to all people. Members of our board and ministry teams have served with other like minded organizations since 1995.  We have served with Vista Missions, BajaChristianMinistries, and Seattle Christian schools. Venture branched from these groups in a desire to help accomplish their humanitarian goals in the belief that many have had great intentions but lacked the support to accomplish their desires.  We exist that you may fulfill every good purpose of yours and every act prompted by your faith. We are a non-profit organization with a mission to provide resources, assist in fundraising, training and equipment support to short-term mission teams providing housing, medical, dental, humanitarian relief, and vision care to the needy in cooperation with and under the authority of local foreign ministries.

  2. Venture serves in a first come, first serve basis. Venture does not discriminate against individuals on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, ancestry, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its services or financial aid.

  3. Our team building experience has a great benefit. Often the members come back as better friends having a shared life changing experience. A typical work week will include about six to eight hours at the sight. We train team members in displaying love because those who receive assistance remember how we made them feel long after they forget what we say. Team preparation also includes cross-cultural adaptation, effective teamwork training and personal growth development. Team leaders have many years of experience in short-term missions.
